(1) During the auction sale of the property under protection in accordance with Section 11, if someone wins the auction in the name of such person and if the organization wins the auction without anyone winning the auction, the organization will send a written notice to the relevant customs office to cancel the registration or filing in accordance with the prevailing law. (2) According to sub-section (1), if written from the organization, the relevant customs office shall cancel the registration or filing.
